Meet Dave...

a post-cancer survivor who came to us seeking guidance and support.

Like many who face a life-changing health scare, Dave began reflecting on the "natural things" he could incorporate into his lifestyle to enhance his well-being.

As an aging male, Dave wanted to improve his flexibility and alleviate the symptoms of arthritis.

Stiffness, soreness, and reduced range of motion in his muscles and joints were becoming significant concerns, especially since he’s deeply involved in his local hockey community.

Whether playing, mentoring, or refereeing kids and teens, staying active was crucial to him.

Beyond hockey, Dave’s passion for outdoor activities—
